Maybe this is from the 60s? Or 70s? Not sure but I do know it is hand made and well made too. Lots of pleats and darks. The belt is still there. It’s is dark brown with slight puffy shoulders. The buttons are hidden. Pester pan collar. The hand stitched hem is about 2” and looks like the skirt part of the dress is in a slight bias.
